Tuesday Motivation: 61 Year Old at the Gym
This is what my Tuesday mornings typically look like. I do chest and triceps on Tuesdays. I may switch up exercises here and there, add in some abs but chest and triceps are the main focus. I am in the gym from one to two hours depending on how I feel, and what my work schedule looks like. Yes it’s a bit extreme but this suits me. A solid 15 to 20 minutes in the gym would suffice just so you know.
I only get to film when I get to the gym early morning before sun up. Peak hours filing is not allowed. My son who I usually drive to school early is on Easter vacation, so I get a full week of early morning workouts I love it.
I will also be posting what my Tuesday afternoons and evenings look like as well. Most days are split in thirds for me. Weight training in the mornings 6am to 7/8am. Cardio heavy bag/Mixed Martial Arts from 12pm to 1/2pm. Training session with my son 6pm to 7/8pm. Again yes, again, this is extreme but it's what works best for me.
