25 Mike Tyson Push-Ups at 61 Years Old

 


This is my second time ever doing Mike Tyson Push-Ups. A week ago when I did my first set of these I was able to do 15. If you haven't you can check out the post Attempting Mike Tyson Push-Ups.

I am always looking to challenge myself, so I gave these Tyson Push-Ups another crack. Getting 25 at 61 years old was a huge achievement for me that I am super proud of. 


 According to AI: Doing 25 Mike Tyson push-ups at 61 years old is excellent and places you in a very high percentile for physical fitness compared to standard age-based norms. Because Mike Tyson push-ups are an advanced, plyometric, full-body movement that combines a push-up with a rocking squat, performing 25 reps indicates significant upper body strength, shoulder mobility, and cardio endurance, which is particularly impressive at age 61.
